Bloom Commerce

Switching to Bloom has saved our team an incredible amount of time wasted on busy work. We were previously using a different subscription service app and not only did the features not make sense for our wine club, but they had *terrible* automated customer service and every issue stretched out for weeks. We switched to Bloom (a very smooth process despite how complicated our set up was) and have only dealt directly with the same account rep and IT person for the last 2+ years, they are always extremely responsive and really go above and beyond to help us improve our customer experience. It's very helpful that the whole team has wine and alcohol industry experience - Bloom is very aware of the myriad of obscure compliance and other issues of the wine and alcohol industry. We especially appreciate that it genuinely seems that the team is invested in our long term success!

Bloom is a wonderful app! The transition process from our old platform was painless, the customer service is top notch, and the app itself allows us all of the infinite e-commerce possiblities that shopify has to offer, with a wine... and wine CLUB-specific focus. Bloom is a must for any winery looking to increase their DtC and club enrollment. And if you happen to be afraid of the hassle of switching from a platform that is inferior-but-comfortable to something new and better, don't be! Once you've made the switch, you'll wonder how/why you ever waited...

I have nothing but good things to say about Bloom. First, their customer care is top notch. They are extremely responsive and are always willing to help explain things, often going the extra mile and creating videos to make learning something easy. Their product has been a great tool for our wine club working seamlessly with shopify.
