Would not recommend. Set up this app in my shop. Ordered a single card and it was over 11 business days without arriving.
When I went live I had so much interest in my cards with 5,000 views in the first week. This App couldn’t cope and kept buffering resulting in zero sales.
Seriously disappointed
Store set up was a bit tedious, but I have it up and running. I ordered two different samples in the US, and 14 days later nothing has arrived. Where in the world does this ship from.
I can't seem to find a way to create horizontal cards......and no one ever replies to chat.
Help......
This app looked really good, something I could use to sell cards in US. But I just can't get through the set up. When you want help, you can open a support ticket, wait a week, and still not have an answer. Very dodgy. I did add everything in the DNS as instructed, and Shopify says it 'needs attention' as it doesn't point to a shopify domain. So really, not sure about any of it. That's the thing with all these apps, they promise so much, and rarely deliver any of it.
