The app works well, and is fairly painless to set up.
There can be issue with the house number needing to come after the street address and this may necessitate a few efforts to push the order to fulfilment.
Really unprofessional sales people. I spoke with Yentl, firstly she called me without even remembering that she called me last week and even sent me demo material and then she acts as if they do not need the customer, the customer needs them. They force you to have a scheduled demo before they will even tell you a price range for their services. She could not even say a basic price range (starting at x to xx and maybe xyz). It makes the customer feel like they have to undergo sales brainwashing before they can decide if the product is within their budget. And then on top of it to fight with me about it.
I am writing the review(Feb 2024), the platform works just fine, with supper friendly team that will help you and and reply fast. There's some things that could be better considering it but they seem to be working effortlessly to make the platform better and better, but for now a few issues remain an issue(regarding deleting & adding products), making it overpriced at the moment. Other than that, once again they have a hardworking team that will put you as a client first.
