Order Editing has been a game changer for us. Giving customers the ability to self-serve address corrections, product changes, and cancellations before fulfillment has taken a huge chunk of manual work off our CX team's plate, and the upsell functionality has added real, measurable revenue on top.
What's made the experience even better is the team behind it. Our ERP integration had a few unexpected hiccups along the way, though Pauly and the team went above and beyond to get us sorted, staying responsive and hands-on until everything was working properly.
